I know but someone is using it on a server, so that's why I am asking if someone knows,

How Can I add this home thing to my rlcraft dregora server 1.12.2
I did look into it and I think it's only a cooldown to use the command? I want a function like in the screenshot that everytime they use /home they will need to not move a muscle for 2 sec.
