They said the subscription has taken effect! My domain name has not been added successfully! The subscription has taken effect? Why? My annual payment package cannot be changed to monthly payment! At least it can save me some losses! I canceled the subscription immediately after I found out that I was wrong... Why is their subscription service effective immediately? When deducting the money, there was no password verification by me! All these need to be explained to me? Otherwise, I need to protect my rights through domestic laws...

hello, i'm sorry that you're experiencing difficulty with the charge. however, cloudflare only issues refunds in very specific situations, such as fault in service. unfortunately, we will not be issuing a refund. here's more information about how billing works at cloudflare: Subscription Cancellation When cancelling a subscription, you must do so before the new billing period starts to avoid charges. The new billing period starts on the billing date of your account. If you do not wish to pay for the upcoming billing period, then you must make sure to cancel your subscription no later than on the last day of the current billing period. If a subscription is cancelled on the billing date or after, you will be billed for that billing period, as it was too late to cancel. The cancellation will take effect after the current billing period ends. Delayed Downgrade When a subscription is cancelled, the service will continue until the end of the billing cycle on which it was cancelled. This is called a "Delayed Downgrade." We do not issue credits nor refunds for cancelled subscription services. To avoid any unwanted charges in the future, be sure that you choose the appropriate plan and apps for your website. You can at least change the package to monthly payment? Refund me the remaining 11 months’ payment! This is not too much, right? I haven’t even started to enjoy the service! Why do I have to pay first? I just clicked on “continue”? The deduction was successful! There was no secondary payment verification! Is this reasonable? First, there was a problem with their system, which resulted in the Pro package being submitted. I was charged without any notice. Not allowing a refund within the period is very overbearing. I didn’t use their services... Why can’t they refund me?

When I submitted a ticket yesterday, I noticed a notification on your official website stating that your payment system is experiencing issues and is undergoing urgent repair. Could you please confirm if my order has been affected by this? Kindly process my refund as soon as possible. I have not used your service, and your subscription is not included in the subscriptions I signed up for. Why was I charged?

I originally chose the free plan, but for some unknown reason, during the payment process, it became the Pro plan. I have not used it at all. You can check the records. After receiving the credit card payment notification, I immediately started requesting cancellation of the plan, but I have not been able to successfully cancel it. Additionally, I have not used this plan even once. This payment was entirely caused by insufficient information on your website. To be honest, I had absolutely no intention of making a payment. This payment was purely due to incorrect information on the website. The user experience regarding the prompts and operations is truly poor. I had no intention of using this service. I was simply planning to run some tests for better suggestions for the company and clients who might have potential needs. $240 could cover a lot of meals for me...
