Refund Request for Pro Plan Charge Due to Accidental Upgrade
I am writing to request a refund for a payment that was made in connection with a Pro Plan subscription on my account. This charge occurred without my clear consent, and I would like to explain the situation. While I was attempting to add a domain to my Cloudflare account, I deliberately selected the Free Plan option. However, during the process, it appears that the system inadvertently switched to the Pro Plan without my explicit selection. Upon realizing the charge, I immediately canceled and removed the domain from my account. To date, I have not used even a second of the Pro Plan or its related services, as the domain with the Pro Plan subscription was not successfully added to my account. This charge came as a complete surprise to me, and the funds are very important to me. I understand that mistakes can happen, and I genuinely believe this charge was unintentional. I respectfully request a full refund for the Pro Plan charge, as it was not my intention to subscribe to it in the first place.
