If you add the lp permissions before deploying a plugin, will they be applied afterwards?

I assume there are no way to edit config.yml file before restarting the server though, right ?

Questions to plan properly for solid foundations with scalability potential
I appreciate the input about this, and can totally imagine and understand, that being said I'm really in for the experiment and would be happy to see how recked it can be, even despite taking the best precautions and see what can be done from there. 😉
