network storage sooo slow

One thing to try is to use the regular storage, and see if it makes a difference. I had an issue before with the map() function on network storage and I was told here it is slower. I reported to the official support. So probably, you can do the same; hopefully, the issue get some attention.

Hi! Are there regions that are not affected? My Pod is in US-OR-1 and even simple pip installation takes for ever.

Performance A100-SXM4-40GB vs A100-SXM4-80GB

Thanks! Moving from a template that uses PyTorch 2.0.1 and CUDA 11.8.0 to a template that uses PyTorch 2.2.0 and CUDA 12.1.1 solved the issue.
