I'd be nice if Runpod proactively reported outages or degradation. Very clearly the network is slow for a large chunk of us in a certain data center. I submitted an email but 1-2 business days isn't great turnaround for this kind of stuff.
I am surprised they actually logged something in #|incidents for a change. They have a status page and #|incidents channel which don't get used mfor 99% of issues.
Hmm I see would it be issue for you to fill ticket on website so I could escalate this to team? If so provide all info like pod id etc That would help us better track issue.
