I cannot start unlocking the node in the MAM Tree - Vanilla Green House
Well, it seems to be working now after I grabbed the last of the growable items (tested multiple times in different orders, so I'm pretty sure the order doesn't matter), so I think an update since I last played fixed my issue.
Wikki's issue might be that they haven't grabbed one of each? From left to right it's Paleberry, Mycelia, Bacon Agaric, and Beryl Nut.

I had the same issue when I last played a couple days ago. If Wikki hasn't gotten back to you in about an hour, I'll be off work and I can see if I'm still having issues and send a screenshot.
