How do I check relevant logs (load balancers, caches, proxies, or firewalls) to check what happened?
I sometimes have connection delays even if I have paid features.
I need to investigate the routing.

Invoice with wrong billing info.
I forgot to update my billing info before purchasing a yearly pro sub.
Can you generate a new invoice or do I need to cancel and re-order?
