"Package Not Found" in rpm-ostree module
big thanks for the answer. i fixed it by adding the following module definition above the existing rpm-ostree module: 
  - type: rpm-ostree
    install:
      - https://mirrors.rpmfusion.org/free/fedora/rpmfusion-free-release-%OS_VERSION%.noarch.rpm
      - https://mirrors.rpmfusion.org/nonfree/fedora/rpmfusion-nonfree-release-%OS_VERSION%.noarch.rpm
  - type: rpm-ostree
    install:
      - https://mirrors.rpmfusion.org/free/fedora/rpmfusion-free-release-%OS_VERSION%.noarch.rpm
      - https://mirrors.rpmfusion.org/nonfree/fedora/rpmfusion-nonfree-release-%OS_VERSION%.noarch.rpm

I have the same problem for the package "VirtualBox". Any suggestions to solve this?
