Windows users timeout to minecraft server, but Linux users don't.
TCP segmentation offloading was broken on the host that my VPS was on, to fix i was advised to run:
ethtool -K eth0 tso off
My hosting provider will then migrate me off this host, allowing me to re-enable it (on instead of off at the end there)

Windows users timeout to minecraft server, but Linux users don't.
This has only recently become a problem, these same users were successfully playing on the server for weeks prior. No changes that I can see
