Cannnot push and migrate and cannot figure out the issue. Help appreciated!

Try running it and youll get the error.
PostgresError: there is no unique constraint matching given keys for referenced table "courseOfferingsTable"
However, as far as I am concerned everything should be correct? Any ideas?
