I've never seen so much time spent on fluidstate things in a profile before, definitely not getting much from the CPU 😅
You're missing ferrite-core as one of the great fabric optimisation mods but I doubt it'll help specifically here, you don't seem to be using much RAM and it's for optimising memory. I'd add it anyway, it tangentially helps with some things around GC too

It's a sourceSets problem, or I thought it was anyway. Maybe you get the same issue with modules. Paper includes discord and common, discord also includes common. That should be totally fine dependency resolution but 🤷 https://youtrack.jetbrains.com/issue/IDEA-210908/Do-not-auto-remove-duplicate-content-roots-detected

The only weird thing I'm seeing is a warning about "Duplicate roots detected" when I open the IDE.
Path [.../SkyFactionsReborn/common/src/main/java] of module [SkyFactionsReborn.main] was removed from modules [SkyFactionsReborn.common.main

All the mods 9 Server - Oracle Linux
For what it's worth I've got an ATM9 server running on Oracle's Cloud fine. No issues whatsoever. It doesn't scale to huge numbers of people but it was totally fine for me and a few friends
