I doubt that'd by default work in recent days after changes on recent RBI policy. Even otherwise, you need to enter the OTP received. Do you reach that step, to be precise

502 Bad Gateway Error
You may need to look into the host server for the logs or some crash or something blocking, etc. If you troubleshoot it's well else, contact your host. Since its intermittent, I'd suggest you to Pause Cloudflare on your site and see the response and then re-enable. What does transfer domains really mean?
That's quite strange scenario. You need to own a domain at any registrar and you may transfer that one to another registrar like Cloudflare. Or you may transfer from Cloudflare to other registrar. This is what my assumption.
