Contact Customer Support they are also not responding, so went with NameCheap

I am using it in Safari, and no plugins installed. I tried clearing caches but, didn't get resolved

No, I am using Debit Card, it doesn't have any limits. It works smoothly on other websites like Stripe, Paddle, Steam, Hetzner, etc.
I doubt that'd by default work in recent days after changes on recent RBI policy. Even otherwise, you need to enter the OTP received. Do you reach that step, to be precise
No, I dont get OTP page, it fails before that stage
