Can't log in to Outlook when Zero Trust is on

When Zero Trust is on (no matter WireGuard or MASQUE), we can't log in to Outlook; I didn't set any policies that could affect accessing Outlook. If logging out of Zero Trust, it is ok for Outlook with WARP. We can turn off Zero Trust --> log in to Outlook and then turn it on again, but communication with Outlook is very slow in Thunderbird.
