Can't log in to Outlook when Zero Trust is on
When Zero Trust is on (no matter WireGuard or MASQUE), we can't log in to Outlook; I didn't set any policies that could affect accessing Outlook. If logging out of Zero Trust, it is ok for Outlook with WARP.
We can turn off Zero Trust --> log in to Outlook and then turn it on again, but communication with Outlook is very slow in Thunderbird.

It seems it is not Zero Trust’s problem, but Microsoft’s, as discussed here: https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/outlook_com/forum/all/how-to-fix-too-many-request-error-for-outlook/5075f9f4-8d29-4c7e-8240-3eee180bc14d.
Not all VPNs cause this problem, so when this happens, just turn off VPN/(Zero Trust)/WARP temporarily....
