support for tall and narrow structures - seeking ideas :-)

how do i create some support / stabilizers for things like on the picture
This particular structure is roughly 20x30x370mm, and the thing needs to be printed like this...

I am looking for something like 2 or 3, 45 degree supports from the build plate to the structure at half height.

I was hoping to trick a slicer into creating it - to get a nice interface and so on.
Am I just way too optimistic regarding slicers???
