You basically have very decent graphs already, allowing 8K accel on Y is among the best I have seen. 85 Hz on Y I think is your frame resonance frequency. Very little can be done about that with traditional means.
In principle the only thing not shared between X and Y graphs is the extra mass from the X gantry that needs to move along Y. Since X is very clean already I think you should take your wins here and not touch anything risking you'll make it worse again :P.
What is your belt tension? Did you do a frequency test?
