The latest nightly build refers to the newest development version of Distant Horizons that has not yet been released on Modrinth or CurseForge :) You can find links to it in #links-n-downloads

And you got the latest version from Gitlab, not one from Modrinth or CurseForge?

You should 1. download the version that corresponds to your version of Minecraft from #links-n-downloads 2. extract the downloaded zip 3. copy either the combined jar file, or the jar file for your mod loader into your mods folder 4. delete any Distant Horizons versions, if any

it's being funky so it worked but didn't work it wasn't working on the pack I had added some client side mods and resource packs to but it worked on the fresh master pack

You should send your latest.log file to provide additional useful information. Logs are usually located in the .minecraft/logs directory. On Windows: %appdata%\.minecraft\logs On Linux: ~/.minecraft/logs On Mac: ~/Library/Application Support/minecraft/logs Please upload the file to mclo.gs instead of sending the raw file. This makes reading the contents of the file a lot easier and improves the chances of you getting the help needed. After uploading the file, click on Save and send the link.
