VC500Idex bad mesh

Hi folks. First of all I have to say, that I was not able to do the initial bed mesh without the heater and magnetic tape, because I bought the bed plate used allready with heater and magnetic sheet attached. So I assembled the whole printer and did the mesh leveling with heater and sheet allready attached, but the result is pretty bad, as you can see in the screenshot. I tried to optimize, but I am struggeling a bit with that. For example, I lowered the back left joint of the frame nearly 3mm, but the result of the bed mesh was decreasing just by 0,15mm or so. Any ideas, how i can fix that?

Edit: I just finished the beacon calibration. The result is also in a screenshot. Maybe this helps also?

I had a very similar looking initial mesh. Also did not do the initial calibration before the magnetic surface. I wish I could say it was because I got it used.....nope....just skipped a step. Anyhow, I am about to start tweaking the frame. Any tips? Were you able to get a better mesh? if so can you talk about how? thank you

I didn´t do any improvements so far. I printed the first small things and (besides the need of tuning and input shaper) everything went fine so far Will see what happens when I am gonna use the entire printbed

I spent a few hours last night reading through other bed mesh threads here and making minor adjustments to the machine frame. My best scan was 0.165mm but it seems, now, to average around 0.21mm. I'm sure it will change again when I add the enclosure panels.

Well what you are seeing right now is that your x gantry in the middle is going down, the red part making your whole mesh a taco and seem to be tiled due to that while in reality it's most likely flat. This effect is even worse when heated. You can test this theory easily by literally pulling UPWARDS your x gantry and redo the whole home, z, then z tilt then bed.
