Overhang or over extrusion after overhang issues consistently
I am not quite sure what I am missing in this situation, but I am seeing issues with what looks like overextrusion just after an overhang on my lithophanes.
I have tried reducing the temperature, increasing the part cooling, slowing the print speed from a max of 300mm/s to 100mm/s and still have issues with the same area in multiple prints of different heights.
The bottom frame looks good other than elephants foot that is because I set the offset lower on this print.
The photos are okay looking and are not showing the same issues as the top frame.
I have a V-Core3.1 with the new/upgraded hotend assembly with the rapido UHF and LDO Orbiter extruder and a cp ap fan setup for cooling.
I am running the 0.4mm nozzle that came with the hotend and doing 0.12mm layers.
The photos are from my last print and the settings in PrusaSlicer 2.9.1.
And recommendation on where to look for tuning to improve?
Thank you!
