Server .jar file

So I ran a server with pufferfish, and when fully optimized, ik it can handle 60 players all at one time. This new release has 100 active players. Maybe even more. Is there a chance I can find a file that's multi threaded and is 1.20.4 compatible? Folia wouldn't be an option mainly bc of the fact it can't run with anything important.

Translation:
I want a multi threaded server jar
I can't use a multi threaded server jar because the plugins I need don't support it

Well ik there has to be others like canvasmc, but they only have 1.21.4 Folia can't even work with essentials

Why are you using Essentials

Trying to minimize how many plugins im using For less lag

So get rid of Essentials Done -1 plugin

Then I would need to add 5 others just to get what I want Using more threads than what essentials already used

Paper/Spigot is single threaded, so no All your plugins are running on the same thread unless they explicitly choose not to which is not by any means common

Probably the best alternative, 5 lightweight plugins specialized in the features that you want instead of a single heavily bloated and somewhat working one What do you think about using pufferfish+ ? Or uspigot, you seem to have the playerbase for that

I couldn't find the ones I had made, but I remembered how to do it, and found https://flags.sh/ which provides the option to add auto-restart to the startup script it provides.
