1.21.5 shader issue
Hello, Im currently trying out Distant Horizons for the first time and was trying to get it working with shaders in 1.21.5 but am running into an issue I cant seem to fix! Its honestly probably a me issue as I'm not super tech savy (I did read through the faq). I believe I'm using the latest Iris version for 1.21.5 and the newest nightly release of DH (as recommended) , but every shader from the compatible shaders list is giving me the same issue to varying degree. The seed I'm using is -4697254411341914762 and this seed is a lake surrounded by very large mountains, the problem is I seem to be able to see through the mountains closest to me, into the caves and surrounding terrain? when looking through the faq I thought this was an overdrawn prevention issue, so I adjusted it in the shaders I was using. This seemed to make it worse, so I adjusted the option in DH itself, now this helps a little bit? but only if my render distance is set to MAX and even then I can still see some of the distant terrain through the mountain. I'm hoping someone could help me fix this issue if possible : D will provide a screenshot of what I am seeing as well! thank you for taking the time to read this!

There is no ETA for when 1.21.5 (or any new version) will come out, please be patient.
And does pressing f11 twice fix it? Or reloading the shader? Or restarting the game?
It does not! I took a look through the discord looking for a similar issue and saw those as recommendations but sadly they don't seem to fix the issue I'm having, thank you for the response though! I appreciate it.
Is this mountain even there in vanilla?
The flat water ocean below confuses me
Yes, its a lake! its a seed with a huge lake in the center of a ring of mountains. The mountain is bridge length away from me but I can see through it. I believe what im seeing is the lod in the distance that is loaded but through the mountain for some reason idk lmao
I can get a screenshot with no shaders for you
So what should you be seeing?
- The mountain and the lake is behind it?
- The lake with the mountain on the other side of it?
- A floating mountain above the lake?

this is what it looks like with Shaders turned off
I guess

No idea, you can try removing the mod
essential-container
or renaming/moving elsewhere/deleting your existing LOD DB
But I doupt that will helpdeleting the curseforge profile and just remaking a fresh one seemed to fix it! no clue why, something I did last time was probably wrong haha but I appreciate the help!
