Client doesn't seem to receive DH data from server when chunks aren't loaded.
Can't seem to receive DH data when the chunks aren't loaded. Have I missed an option somewhere? I have pregenerated about 700 chunks in each direction, but after logging in, this is all I see:

Does the server have the sqlite file of LoDs?
yep, all 15 gigs
though i should note that I pregenerated the data on my PC and transferred it to the server
running the pregen command also shows that the data is definitely there
Does the F3 menu on the client say Server Has Full DH Support
i am also running the latest 1.21.5 release, forgot to mention that
