Y-Axis Scatter after main hump

Getting a grouping of misaligned humps after the main hump on Y-axis. X-axis looks good I think. Any help appreciated! I've got the Y-axis running better and doesn't seem to be binding, all bolts were checked to be tight. All wires are cable tied and supported. Not sure where to go from here
