New DH Update (Chunk Fade in) Not Working

Ive read 2 other accounts of this happening but in a slightly different way any was not answered nor did it help my problem. Attatched is the problem I've been having with the new 2.3 beta update released a little while ago. As you can see in the video, there is no fading for the chunks coming into my render distance. I have tried both BSL and Complementary shaders but to no avail. Even tried reinstalling DH a couple times but nothing. Even tried disabling c2me to see if it was the problem, but no, it didnt. Please forgive me if it is an obvious fix, but I just really want to try this new feature out and actually be able to relax a little more as I play and especially not have to see the annoying chunky load in as I fly around in creative. For those wondering, I am using the Remarkably Beautiful modpack, flashback, and a few resource packs. (Update, I tried shrimple shaders but everythings really bright and im getting this weird circle as blocks update around my render distance. Any help there if im moving in the right direction?)

shaders override the fading it's up to the specific shader to add it back

ahh I see Possibly this could be a feature or at least better support for all sorts of shaders to fade being added in a later update?

Idk, but currently its the shaders task to add support for DH LODs and other features From what I've heard I think shrimple has the fading?

yeah, it does but to the expense of this effect

I know that Shrimple has fading Only fading isn’t the only thing that is overrides by the shader, including among other: - Ambient Occlusion - Noise Texture - Fading - Fog - Overdraw Prevention All of this (and maybe more that I forgot) need to be redone by the shaders
