Weird visual glitch i've encountered (It's my first time using the mod)

And when i get closer, a circle appears and the more i get closer the more the circle gets bigger therefore it's deleting
Are you using any other mods?

So what do i do?
Try a binary search

Try a binary search and figure out which mod is causing it.
So disable half of the mods, see if issue is still there, if yes disable half again etc etc until you find the mod that's causing the issue.
So is that staircase that dh renders actually there or not?
Recuse cave culling height to the ground level or lower
And/or increase vertical quality
