How to set a higher Horizontal Quality drop off distance?
is there a way to manually set a distance value for horizontalQuality such that it extends beyond what the Extreme preset offers? Im taking screenshots of a large lit area - as you can see in the pic, the further towers in the distance lose illumination at night-time pic even on Extreme, making them harder to see relative to those closer. Thanks so much!

Try vertical quality at pixel art if you are not already
That won't move the dropoff distance, but it will increase the quality in every zone including the further ones
Just know that it requires a lot of VRAM
