Automatic unload of Filament after "FIRMWARE_RESTART"

Hey there! Since I use the Orbiter Filament Sensor, everytime the "FIRMWARE_RESTART" is used the Hotend heats up and the Filament gets unloaded. Because the FIRMWARE_RESTART is normal start procedure for me, due to a shelly that seperatly can be triggered to connect and disconnect 230V for heatbed and else, this is very inconvenient. I guess this is not a normal behaviour? How can this be changed? Filament Sensor Code of printer.cfg can be seen in screenshot. Thanks for the help!
