Frequent device
Hello!
I’m still experiencing issues with recovering my hacked account. I’ve attempted both the in-game tool and the recovery form, but none worked. I keep encountering messages on this discord about submitting a claim via a “frequently used device.”
I submitted the claim using the device where I played the most (over the past two years), but I haven’t logged in much on that device recently, especially a couple months before the account was compromised. Additionally, this device isn’t the one I last used to sign in.
Does this device still qualify as a trusted device for submitting a claim? I also submitted a claim via the last device I signed in. I know the information of the claim are correct because I have emails and screenshots to back up everything. I'm thinking it must be a device problem. Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.

It means the device that is most used to play the game.
So I sent a claim via the device I used the most to play the game in my 6 years of playing. That means the claim got rejected because of the information I provided?
If there is no specify that which part of the information is wrong or missing, then the device may not be the only reason that cause your claim to be rejected.
I am getting a generic reply from PUBG. How can I know the reason of claim rejection?
I verified every detail I shared and I also shared informationt that only I, the owner, would know. I have receipts, pubg emails from 2020, my friends names and their past names, all the devices used to play PUBG, the location of my logins (which has remained the same since I started playing until the hacker got my account). I provided a ton of information and like I said, I used the device I played with the most. I didnt even receive any mail or any news from Error with the Google Form.

I have been trying to recover my account for about 3 months and im sending a lot of in-game recovery requests but nothing works. I have tried the google form and it has been rejected despite providing so much information and screenshots in the video.

Error is the one who is handling the recovery form. Please note that your ticket will be declined if you are unable to accurately provide all the information that the in-game customer service have requested from you, or that it does not match with what they have. You will have to cross-check again, or else they will not be able to assist you any further.
