i leaved the game more than 6 monthes and in 2024/4/22 i recived email that said email changed for account and i sent many climes and just got nothing !!
last time i sent claim support said the claim well be manually reviewed and i didnt got a replay for 6 days !

Solution

You can submit an account recovery claim from the login interface by selecting Help > Login Issue > Account Recovery > Submit Claim.
