non host players get ghost structures and cant do anything after host uses a large blueprint

Given, however, that this is a known issue with RR&D, and that you had already asked on their Discord (have patience my dude), there's nothing further we can do to help with this issue. If these options do not help, you'll have to wait for them to respond/fix the issue.
