Does /dh pregen also generate LODs?
Hello! I know this sounds like a dumb question, but I have read through the documentation and the discord and I'm still unsure of the answer. /dh pregen to my understaning pregeneratets chunks, however does it also generatet LODs? Or to do both do you HAVE to do the internal server option?

That command is for pregenerating LODs, not chunks. Afaik, chunks are only saved if on
Internal ServerYes thats correct. If you want chunks to be saved as well you need to set the generator mode to internal server. If you do that you will need to add C2ME though because otherwise generation is gonna be terribly slow.
I'm hosting a server on forge 1.20.1 and unfortunatetly I don't think there's a C2ME version 😩 it's a pretty fast server so I'm just letting it do what it can with nobody connected

Minecrafts generator is a snail compared to c2me
You can add other mods such as lithium or noisium to speed it up
So I've heard... I'm correct in saying there ISNT a forge 1.20.1 C2ME right?? I tried looking but could only find fabric alpha files

But light updates happen there as well
