Jamming around the same point in the print
I am trying to print a very important part, but my extruder keeps stripping the filament and stops extruding around 2 hours into the print. I have tried different gcode for the same part, so I don’t think it’s a problem there. The nozzle is not clogging because if I push the filament after it strips then it grabs the filament again and keeps going. Vcore 4 500 hybrid with rapido 2 UHF and orbiter 2. I have heard about a bad batch of rapidos, is this a sign of that? And if so is there and short term fixes because I have a strict time limit

Turns out I have a defective thermistor, so I was printing far to cold and the extruder couldn’t push the filament through

I have also tried multiple different nozzles, with no success, all help is very much appreciated
how do you have the filament routed? Is the ptfe tube internal diameter 2.5 or larger? Have you measured the filament with your calibers to see if it is within spec?
I changed the filament routing because it had lots of drag but that didn’t help, I’m not sure the id of it, it’s the default from the RR kit

I will check the filament, what kind of diameter is acceptable?
Looks to be around 1.69-1.77mm
Ohh you have a huge roll there, you might be straining the motor after several hours if that is hard to pull through. Looks like you might need to reduce friction for that roll or install a belay like some other users have done
That could be it
But I just tested the hotend with a temperature probe and it is reporting the temperature to be consistent about 28c higher than it actually is, so I will try turning the temp up and see how it is extruding
