You should send your latest.log file to provide additional useful information. Logs are usually located in the .minecraft/logs directory. On Windows: %appdata%\.minecraft\logs On Linux: ~/.minecraft/logs On Mac: ~/Library/Application Support/minecraft/logs Please upload the file to mclo.gs instead of sending the raw file. This makes reading the contents of the file a lot easier and improves the chances of you getting the help needed. After uploading the file, click on Save and send the link.

cant do different shaders as they wont offer the same performance and it should've been compatible is there a setting or anything else than that ? 😅

Only temporarily to see if this is an issue only with BSL or with Shader support in general Where and when did you downlaod BSL? Maybe try updating it

I got the same issue, shaders just deactivate dh and there is like a wierd shadow on the sky of the already rendered terrain happends with every shader Ive tested, make up ultra fast, reimagined, euphoria patches, bsl

This is a Bliss issue, there are 5 known potential fixes: - Turn shaders off and back on (repeat after each next fix) - Set transparency to complete in DH settings - Decrease or increase the DH RD by 2 - 8 chunks - Restart the game after applying all the previous fixes - Change the shader to different one

Hmm? Then you're running it off your integrated GPU instead of your dedicated GPU. The F3 screenshot you sent clearly shows it's running from your CPU's built-in graphics.

uh hi i havent gotten my issues fixed yet the water still looks too vanilla and not shadered using the bsl shaders and idk what to do how do i enable shader support for dh? i know its compatible my problem is still the dh not shading when using shaders like water looking very blue an not like the other water and is vanilla instead

shader support is up to the shader dev you cant really force enable compatibility as far as i know rn probably just wait for a bsl update

no it should work by default. maybe try making a new instance, as you could have messed up the settings somewhere oh before you do that can you try setting the quality preset to medium?

Turned down render distance so it was easier to see but after turning preset it went like this the water is gone (transparency set to complete as far as i know that changed it)

its windows laptop ideapad 1 it cannot render volumetric louds or any other clouds than vanilla (it dissapears and there is like this pixelated "aura" where you can glimpse modded clouds and i have 8gb ram in total using AMD Ryzen 3 3250U with Radeon Graphics 2.60 GHz other than that i dont know

yeah its the same i got bsl shaders turned on and quickly tweaked some settings like fancy to fast etc

are you sure you wanna play with shaders on that laptop? its never gonna be good the issue might not even be worth fixing (and i have no idea how to proceed further)

well it looks better and the bsl shaders are quite good from the 50-60 sometimes peaking 80 and low as 30 on vanilla with the shaders its like around 20 fps very livable with a couple lag spikes during the garbage collector do you know someone who can? perhaps its the new dh update or a bug? maybe someone who updates the code can maybe fix it?

let me try the older version then nope same problem the rendered dh chunks got vanilla water and stuff only difference is the real time shadows cast shadows on most areas of the dh chunks maybe ill play without shaders for now :(

i did find a setting that does dh overdraw but it only overlaps the chunks and not really the water is this a shader issue or is this a dh issue? if not perhaps i can make a bug report or ask someone who knows? or ask the mods of the shader

It is up to the shader to decide where to start to render DH water, clouds, beacons and normal terrain if that's what you've meant

In the screenshot I posted, I am using the default BSL config (although I did reduce the fog density to make it less hazy). I actually use the BSL Classic shader instead of the stock BSL shader when playing. When testing DH with BSL Classic, I did notice that I had to change the water style otherwise you could see where the real chunks ended.

@crab i appreciate you chiming in and i did try to go in a new file directory and new save game with the shader and dh and while it did not work id appreciate your contribution so i guess its a my laptop problem only :( and @greenballoon64 i tried to do that as well but didnt work out sadly
