To edit the config, press the button next to the FOV slider to edit the config. The config file found in .minecraft/config/DistantHorizons.toml...

The Server has DHS and my other Mods are in the Picture. But I start for testing only with DH. Regenerating the chunks on client site didnt work

You turned on a debug feature, either turn it back off, or delete your config file to reset to default settings /config

Solution

/colors

If your LODs are weirdly coloured, press the F8 key or in the config go to Advanced Options > Debug > Debug Mode and set it to "Off"
