someone hacked my little brother's account and after some weeks :
when i log-in , there is a message appear that i will get ban for 10 years
is there any way to apeal this ban ?
i got some proofs that the account got hacked

That is unfortunate, but it is a permanent ban, and there is no option for an unban. Although it states that the ban lasts for 10 years, in PUBG Mobile terms, this effectively means a permanent ban with no possibility of change. You cannot appeal this type of ban.
