Is it safe to load the save?
Hey, i updated the mods since SML got a new version. Now i get this thing when i try to load the save. First time updating SML mid save, so idk if this is normal, kinda scared that half my base will go poof (i use a lot of modded building parts) or that my save gets borked.

You can safely use SML 3.10.0 again. This update will fix that crash https://ficsit.app/mod/UXq77cKY2JD7H/version/9F7GZ6h684DTHk

the message contains a list of mods. are those mods still installed?
if they aren't,

Uhh, @Acxd (IE, HFO, SR) ― another DTFL one.
here is info on DTFL https://discord.com/channels/555424930502541343/1347546751489278002
but you are also missing Factory Props
idk what most of that stuff is, only thing i recognize is factory props, which for whatever reason is not installed rn, even though i remember clearly not uninstalling it
I'm pretty sure I removed all functions related to DTFL
ModUpdateNotifier & FixReliableBufferOverflow were probably installed as dependencies to another mod, like DTFL was.
should i install them back?
But this is the second one where dependencies have just gone missing for some reason.
Could you:

We need more information to help you. Before launching the game again, open the Mod Manager and use the "Generate debug info" option, then send the zip file produced here in this channel.
If you need to access older log files, see https://docs.ficsit.app/satisfactory-modding/latest/faq.html#Files_Logs
to answer this question, check out their mod pages and see if they do something you want
but also send the debug file, yeah. because it sounds like you do not want Factory Props to be missing

triggered by @nivandaany news?
And absolutely no evidence whatsoever of
FixReliableBufferOverflow
or ModUpdateNotifier
or Factory_Prop_Mod
in SMM.log. 🤨i assume that means i am sane and didn't delete them myself without remembering?
so if i install it back, it will fix itself?
Just hold up a sec. There's a lot of log to go through, and some other things going on here I can see.
For a start, are you sure you're trying to load your most recent save? The game very much thinks that those mods are missing from what you're trying to load. Given that your SMM log shows no evidence of them in the timespan logged, I'd be inclined to think that it's trying to load an old save where they were installed.
I'm also trying to work out how you even got the game to launch with MoreSwatchSlots installed on SML v3.10.0 ― that mod doesn't work with the new SML version, and should actually have crashed the game. Resolved, issue unrelated to this ticket.
yes, most recent save
but as i understand, i can fix it by installing factory props again? i already checked and those other mods were dependencies of factory props
Yeah, go ahead and try it.
also should i uinstall MoreSwatchSlots for stability sake?
Nah, I tested it, it's fine.
Though there's still the issue of: why isn't Factory Props showing up anywhere in SMM's log? That log goes back to Christmas. Clearly it had to have been used in that save for SML to warn that it was missing from the save.
still missing DTFL Lite, is it fine to confirm loading?
Yeah, go for it. I think the new SML version is now just erroneously notifying on dependencies that were actually removed long ago.

Send us the debug
from this thing?

Though I think this is just gonna turn out to be a mod that hasn't been updated for 3.10.0 yet.

Yeah, it's crashing in roughly the same place. I think that's just an outdated mod. Unfortunately, we don't have a full grasp of which mods are affected yet. The workaround for now is rolling back to SML v3.9.1, details here: https://discord.com/channels/555424930502541343/1347049882996834356/1347054278073909283 ― it's a non-destructive action and can be easily reversed in the same way.
thanks, that worked
