Why is my Z-Tilt only hitting 2 of 3 corners
vCore 4 IDEX 400
When i first powered it up i had no issues and everything seemed good to go.
now it will home no issues,
park the T1 and move T0 to the front left,
moves T0 to the back middle,
when it goes to move T0 to the top right the T1 motor makes a sound hits the gantry then the T0 takes off the the middle left.
I've done all the sanity checks and the movements are exactly as they should be when you ask them to move, and the belts aren't overly tight to give any resistance i have a BIQU tensioner and have them all set to -4.6mm which seemed to be fine for all my other machines.
I'm super confused as it wasn't doing this until now and only does it on the Z-Tilt

homing and Z-Tilt at 150 work but the moment you speed up the printer T0 and T1 crash into each other and/or the gantry walls similiar as the video only WAYYYY faster which has now broken the T1 endstop from a 600mm/s slaming into the side wall
Are you on performance mode?
I have moved it to the set-up phase and manually lowered the speeds
getting the same behavior myself - can confirm that setting velocity limit to 150mm/s solved the issue
its been solved i apparently had the Y1 belt wrapped around the standoff behind the bearing 🙂
i have the same problem. when i turn off performance mode everything works fine. should i finish the commissioning without performance mode and see if it works when commissioning is finished?
check the Belts i had mine accidently wrapped around the standoff in the back

No. My top y-belts are not installed ( com-guide tells so). The other belts are looking fine.
If you are using IDEX you have to have top y-belts installed.
OMG 🤦 misunderstood something. Thank you
Make sure to click the IDEX variant for the correct steps to follow

Do i have to repeat the previous steps?
I would read over them, but if you got this far you might be alright
Ok. Thank you👍
