I have never committed any violations since the beginning I played pubg mobile season 2 , I have YouTube and Tiktok channels which in my video content is proof that I have never committed any violations. Please return my account because I have bought Rp from season 2 until now, I have spent my money to buy Rp and play fairly. Thank you

Accounts are suspended for violating PUBG MOBILE's terms of service. Please use the File Claim option when trying to log into your account if you want to appeal for your account suspension.
If your account is permanently suspended, you may also submit an Appeal request through the community support form....

your content cannot prove anything other than your game play. you could’ve committed a violation without our knowledge whenever you weren’t live streaming. people are known to rank push when using cheats whenever they aren’t streaming. so those social medias that you stated cannot help with this violation. so submit a appeal to see what happens.
also your “10 year” ban isn’t actually ten years, it’s actually permanent.
it’s always best to make a new account or using your alt account to continue making your content.
