This is sad to hear. You can only use the in-game customer service and this form after your in-game request got denied: https://pubgmobile.live/support

@Yirama Point#3 does not make sense at all, it's our account does not matter when you come back and want to continue playing after taking some amount of break from the game. PUBGM needs to make sure the owner integrity does not get compromised in any way possible.
I know it is stupid but that is how it works, if someone clever try’s to take over your account and you don’t understand that he had access before takeover for some time he can pull this move and lock you out… and then you are on cooldown for another request.

and how many companies and tech giants allows such kind of security and often ownership rolls in the World? You are CODM and are not any small company. If it's happening then you are willingly allowing such behavior to occur each 6 months or so.
I have do idea why the devs of this game don’t do more in this field, it is sad to see players who lost their accounts and no one here can help…
Like you said other games are way better and you can often contact an real person.
