Server runs farsight, can I run Distant Horizons instead?

DH will behave almost the same as farsight if used only client side, but it will also keep chunks/LoDs saved for the next sessions

What do you mean instead?
Just install DH if you want DH
And remove farsight if you don’t want farsight
I ask because i cant add or remove mods to the server, only my client
Farsight is client side just as DH
It will do nothing on server side
