Avermedia Duo, video signal showing up with red filter.

I installed an aver-media duo into my PC today. Input 2 works great with no issues, but input 1 has a red filter over any input I send into it. The pass through is working fine which makes me think it’s a software issue somewhere. Hoping someone who has ran into this could provide some feed skills. So far I’ve tried: - reinstalling the card - confirming I’m in a pci x4 slot - reinstalling drivers -updating chipset drivers -multiple different video programs -switching the color profile/resolution on both the capture card and the video source. - different cameras / a laptop as the input. I’m gonna take it to my brother’s tomorrow to try it in his PC and if it continues then I’ll return it but figured I’d see if anyone can help! Thank you 🙏🏻
