User falls into the void when joining, but server locates him on Y 104
Hey,
I have a user that fall infinitly into the void. Nobody else has a problem and he can join other servers. Restarted both routher and PC. Anything I can try to fix that?

The player took a video
try to move their playerdata POS to somewhere else
or TP them to you
tried both, didnt work

try moving their playerdata from the playerdata folder and see if that helps

how much ram did they raise their instance to
also, that Load in time is a bit sketch
that could be why, they dont load in fast enough and get sent to limbo
This happened to me back in 2014 when my country only got like 10mbps at most and I got 4 on my plan
So, howโs their internet?
They can connect to other servers with no problem
But our server has no problem, everyone else is absolutely fine
Yh, but other servers can be in different locations
Maybe the ones theyโre testing are closer or smt
At least it can be their internet speed imo
Maybe it's gonna be fixed tomorrow
Could be some weird infrastructure problem
Or weird routing by their isp

It's fixed, it was the firewall
i got 2gb ๐ฅถ too lazy to change
