you too, i have proof of the ownership of the account, but i need any staff from the game to sumbit it
The only way is ingame through the form, else there is no other option really. Human support is almost not present unless you are a big content creator with private access to an support contact.
If you don’t get an positive claim ingame you can use the support Reddit where error will review cases. Keep in mind to only post once and it can take a month for an response.
