Not providing enough arguments for `/multiplier set` gives unpretty error

i assume it should be giving a nicer error msg that says like "ur missing some arguments!" or something

If this is an issue in your server, make sure you've included your server's ID (This can be found on the /ping command), as well as which users are having this issue. Yeah, it's because the other options aren't marked as required even though they are. I'll report this to the devs to hopefully get a better UI
