How do I adjust the DH cloud height?

I'm on 21.1 with BSL, and Fabric. on DH, I can't find a cloud height setting. So, I went to BSL and changed the cloud height. That didn't work, and then I spent over 1 HOUR trying to fix it, and now I'm stumped. Please help.

DH clouds height is tied to the world build height
If you want them higher install a datapack/mod that increases the world/build height, and the opposite if you want them lower

I can't find any data packs that reduce the height

You can probably download a datapack that increases the build height and edit it to decrease the height instead
That be 6 numbers to edit at most

I don't think there are guidelines
If you help people a lot and consistently you might get it
I don't remember how long I've been helping people here , maybe 3 maybe 6 month until I've got the role?
Then the role was just created and assigned to me and majo24
