You should send your
latest.log file to provide additional useful information.
Logs are usually located in the .minecraft/logs directory.
On Windows: %appdata%\.minecraft\logs
On Linux: ~/.minecraft/logs
On Mac: ~/Library/Application Support/minecraft/logs
Please upload the file to mclo.gs instead of sending the raw file. This makes reading the contents of the file a lot easier and improves the chances of you getting the help needed.

Try a binary search and figure out which mod is causing it.
So disable half of the mods, see if issue is still there, if yes disable half again etc etc until you find the mod that's causing the issue.

Alt tabbed and it crashed
then the issue is on your PC
sounds like a PSU issue
not sure what labymod is but my guess is that is the reason for the black fog

When your PC restarts, try opening CMD as admin and putting
dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth in it
When thats done do sfc /scannow

i based my "its probably a PSU issue" on the fact that you said your whole pc crashed. if that didnt happen, its probably not a PSU issue

Currently yes but Ive had an AMD GPU too
AMD does this thing where if they find an issue they will fix it and then update the drivers so you dont have that issue anymore
if you know whats best for your fps and gaming experience then you would know old drivers are more stable than newer ones
