Needs Indium to work with Sodium, but no updated Indium for 1.21.4
I'm trying to run DH on 1.21.4 Fabric with Lunar Client, but this pops up everytime i try to launch. Looked around and found no updated Indium since you only need Sodium now.

Lunar forces you to use Sodium 0.6.0 that does not include Indium (or at least it says it does not)
You can't do anything about that
