So they can just randomly ban you without ever specifically explaining why? That's absolutely ridiculous. Some people spend a lot of time and money in the game and this is how they're treated? What's the investigation process? Do they actually properly look into it or simply deny and disregard everyone.
It’s sad but true, if you start to read the TOS and try to understand what that legal talk means it becomes completely clear that your owning absolutely nothing. They only grant you access to this service and can take it when they want. Same goes with payments for UC, items, etc. since they have zero value backing them.
The game could be closed in an instant and you would have almost 0 chances to get anything back.
